The ECA FY runs from September 1 through August 31. ​To be eligible to vote at the annual membership meeting, you must be paid and in good standing no later than 45 days prior to the meeting. Full membership dues are for Eldora area property owners. Please note that there is only one full/voting membership per property.

Associate dues are for non-owning residents or extended family.
